Do you believe it’s possible to have a 19K sales month helping women “heal their father wound”.  It absolutely is...and even more. This is the story of Shade Ashani. 

 

The Challenge:  One client.  No NEW clients in sight.  Wishy washy prices and a small following and small list, but no process to convert them.  Shade came to me after feeling that her message was bigger than HER–do you know that feeling? That you’re meant to really go big + transform the world with a gift you’ve been ordained with…Except, she needed a way to attract clients and share with the world her gift of helping women heal their father wound, rebuild their self-worth and have healthy relationships.

 

She had a handful of one off sessions she was selling for cheap and was making less than $1,000 per month in her business.

The Solution: 

Shade came to us with a 90 minute inspirational talk she’d created...not a presentation that would activate her audience emotionally and have them lean in and ask how they can work with her. 

 

She had delivered this as a webinar before with a lot of interest, but no takers for her program or even discovery session bookings.  We revamped the entire presentation to position her program as THE solution that her soul tribe clients could quickly resonate with and lead them to book a call with her directly.  

 

She says the hardest part was realizing that the webinar alone wasn’t going to save anyone’s life...but her program could and if she would change her message to activate people emotionally it would work.  She had to stop giving away “the whole farm” for free.

 

She realized if she could break through her own need to have “everybody like me” and play it safe, she could create a presentation that would have people booking and she’d be changing more lives.  

 

The Results: 

On our video interview below she describes a volcano that erupted in Hawaii while she was there, and how she saw the outline of the Goddess in the smoke...taking this as a sign that she was to play bigger. 

 

She stepped into her Feminine CEO, learned to scale and let go of the idea that money can only come from “blood, sweat and tears.”

 

She created a new “leveraged” group program, launched her webinar funnel and began getting over 23 discovery sessions in her first month.  She had so many bookings she had to hire a sales person to handle the calls too!

 

Financially her needs are taken care of now.  Her webinar is now bringing her automated pre-qualified leads.  She was able to quit her job and put a down payment on her first retreat that she is hosting herself.  She learned to not discount or let clients bargain...that it wasn’t serving anyone. Her programs are full and she said there’s been a huge shift in her confidence and how she carries herself.

 

Jessica’s Notes:  Creating group programs that allow you to serve your clients deeply and keep your schedule relatively open, provide you with the spaciousness to be the feminine leader (who isn’t getting burnt out.)  It’s a sustainable business model that can grow and expand. It’s a business model that is the foundation of a million dollar business (or more).

 

Where is she now?:  Since we first interviewed Shade on the video below on year ago, she quit her job and is coaching full time from her new home in California. She has been filling her retreat and launched a new program that her graduates are moving into. She’s also back on the speaker circuit and is launching her own conference series and mobile app next year.
